FAQs

How do I place an order for an Australian school, kindergarten or child care centre?
Download the order form┬áhere and email or post the order form to Bookoola Ink. Alternatively you may send your order on your school’s order form if preferred.

I do not live in Australia, can I still order your products?
Yes, we are working on uploading all of our products as digital downloads. When they are available you will be able to download and print your own copy of Bookoola Ink resources.

I want to purchase a digital download but my school does not use PayPal is there any way I can still purchase?
Yes, please email us and we will send you an invoice, which can be paid by direct deposit or cheque. Once payment is received we will forward a purchase code so you can download your files.

Which digital download licence should I purchase?
If you are purchasing for your individual use or for use in a single classroom, purchase the individual licence. If you are purchasing for a school or daycare and up to 10 teachers or 10 classrooms will be using the download, purchase the single site licence. If you are purchasing the download for multiple schools or daycare centres, purchase the multi site licence, this allows up to 50 people to share the download. If you need a licence for more than 50 people please contact us at Bookoola Ink.

Help! The items in my cart keep disappearing!
Our website operates with two different carts. One for books, posters and felt stories and one for digital downloads. If you wish to purchase both types of items you will need to place all the books, posters and felt stories in your cart and go to the checkout and purchase the items and then move to the digital download page. If you have any problems purchasing please contact us at Bookoola Ink.

Do you charge shipping on books, posters and felt stories?
Yes we charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping Australia wide.

How long will it take to receive my digital download?
You should receive an email as soon as your PayPal payment is processed. Your digital download will arrive in an email labelled ‘Purchase Receipt’. If you have not received your email, please check your junk or spam folders as some email providers automatically deliver our emails there. If you have paid an invoice via cheque or direct deposit you should receive an email within 2 days of your payment being received.

How long will it take to receive my books, posters and felt stories order?
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. If you require an item urgently please contact us by telephone and we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

I want to purchase only one poster from one of your sets, can I do that?
Yes! All of our posters are available singularly as either laminated posters or digital downloads.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, direct deposits and cheques.

I have a discount code – how do I use it?
If you are purchasing online, simply type the code into the ‘Do you have a coupon?’ box and click apply coupon. If you are using our order form, simply write the code below the total and deduct the discount amount.

I am trying to purchase online but PayPal won’t accept my PO Box or address!
No problem, we are happy to send orders to PO Box numbers. Simply complete your order online with PayPal using your residential address or business street address, then email us and tell us your preferred shipping address.

Ooops! I’ve paid for the same file twice, what can I do?
Did you click on a bundle and then buy the same posters as singles? No problem, you’re not the first person to do this. Simply forward your purchase email within 10 days to debra@bookoola.com.au and ask for a refund of the duplicate files. We will process a refund through Paypal.

Help! I’m having trouble ordering online, what do I do?
Please ring us on 07 3201 2535 and we can process your order over the phone.

Why are there are coloured marks on my felt story?
We use high quality white felt, however due to the nature of felt construction, sometimes coloured fibres will be present. These will show on the felt product as a small line or coloured mark, these are not flaws, but a characteristic of the textile.

There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?
Please ring or email us immediately with your order details so we can rectify the problem for you.

Do you have a guarantee?
Yes! If you are not 100% happy with your book, poster or felt story purchase, please return it to us within 14 days with a note explaining why and we will refund your purchase price. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We run competitions and offers, particularly when we release new products. To be notified of these simply ‘like’ our facebook page or email ‘subscribe’ to debra@bookoola.com.au

How do you pronounce Bookoola?
We pronounce it Boo-kool-a but we are happy however you’d like to pronounce it! We believe it is an aboriginal word from Moree Inverell area meaning ‘an owl’.
